Mix 38g (2 heaped scoops) with 300ml of water or your preferred liquid.

Once mixed, consume within 30 mins. Best served cold or with ice.

For best results, consume pre-workout 15-30mins prior to exercise.

Recommended 1 serving per day. Suitable for those over the age of 16.

How long will a pouch last?

Each pouch contains 7 servings if you take our recommended 2 scoops per serving. We have intentionally made the serving sizes larger than you might be used to so that you get the proper nutrition before your workout! We also wanted to make our pouches compact enough so that you can take them with you wherever you go.

Are there any other flavours available?

Right now, it's only available in our favourite smooth dark chocolate flavour. We're working on some new things though so make sure you check back regularly!

Should I take it with milk or water?

Given it is already perfectly balanced to take before your workouts, we recommend taking it with water so that it is digested quickly and gets you ready for your workout. If you're taking it some time before your workout, you can of course make a tasty shake with milk!
